"When I began with Sole Training I was in the absolute worst shape of my life. There is even a special word for what I was and its called de-conditioned. Basically that means I had to start my training by watching a video of someone doing a push-up because I could not do one
myself. Now it is five short months later and I am now not only doing push-ups with good form and power, I am also doing burpees. Yes, burpees. Bottom line is John Dye is a master at what he does, his knowledge about training the body is impressive, no where more so in the fact that I have never once left a workout session in pain, nor have I had to skip a session because I could not recover in time for the next one. Training with John has allowed me to move freely again. I will never be an Olympic weight lifter, but I can get on and off the floor and move around more easily than I have in a very long time. Working out with John is the best gift, reward, and opportunity I have ever given to myself. "Never having used a personal trainer before, I had no idea what to expect when I first started working out, more than four years ago, with John Dye, owner of Sole Training. What I have found in John is an excellent, knowledgeable, and fun personal trainer. We started
slowly, given that I was in my early 60’s and out of shape when we began. I’m delighted to report that I am no longer out of shape! Every session, John has a new workout planned that continues to build my strength while improving my aerobic conditioning. He’s adaptable,
